A client submits an Inquiry, Interview, Banking, or One-Off request via the TalentedStaff CRM portal. SLA clock starts immediately on submission.

As UK operational partner, SaiVen picks up the request, coordinates internally, begins SLA tracking, and confirms receipt with the client.

Supplier & Candidate Coordination
